How do I delete my account?
Open Bobby → tap your profile → Account → scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your profile, dogs, matches, messages, and all related data.
How do I report a lost dog?
Go to the Map tab in Bobby and tap the lost dog alert button. Your alert will be sent to your Pack and to nearby dog owners instantly.
How do I report a user?
Tap on a dog's profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Report". You can also block a user from the same screen.
My dog's photos aren't loading — what should I do?
Try logging out and back in, or reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, email us at bobby.app007@gmail.com with your account details.
How do I cancel Pack Leader?
Pack Leader is managed through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Open your phone's subscription manager and cancel from there.
